Tickets sold are non-transferable, non-changeable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. Tickets must be used according to the ticket date. Performance times are: 14:00 / 17:00 / 20:00 (performance times vary by date). Cancellation due to force majeure will be without prior notice.

The House of Dancing Water offers the same price for adults and children. Children two years and under are exempt from ticket requirements upon presentation of valid identification. Each adult can only accompany one free-ticket child; children 12 years and under must be accompanied by at least one adult. Children under six are not recommended for the show. Seating is random and there is no seat selection.

Meeting place and time: Shenzhen designated checkpoint (the supplier will inform guests of the meeting time, location, tour guide name and contact information via SMS one day before departure)

Please provide each passenger's Chinese name + date of birth + Home Return Permit number + valid date + nationality, etc.

Passengers must present valid travel documents and identification. Travel documents must be valid for at least six months from the group's return date. Passengers are solely responsible for any losses incurred due to inability to enter or exit the country due to expired documents.

The tour price does not include tour group service fees (including local tour guides, tour bus drivers and supplier-related staff). Each registered passenger is required to pay a service fee of HKD80/day (HKD160/person for 2 days). This fee is the same for all passengers regardless of age and will be collected individually before the tour ends.

The order of itinerary, meals, and accommodation is subject to local reception arrangements and is subject to change without prior notice.

This tour will depart in Shenzhen and will not be accompanied by a licensed Hong Kong tour guide. Guests will be met at the designated location by a tour guide only. The tour operator will send a text message one business day prior to departure detailing the meeting time, location, tour guide's name, and contact information.

The supplier will not accept persons under the age of 16 to join the supplier's tour group without an adult. Unaccompanied passengers aged between 16 and 18 must register with their parent/legal guardian at a branch and complete the "Consent Form for Persons Under 18" and submit a copy of the participant's birth certificate and a copy of their parent/legal guardian's Hong Kong Identity Card/Passport.

If a passenger suddenly withdraws from the tour or does not participate in any group activities (such as meals, sightseeing or accommodation, etc.) during the tour, it will be deemed as automatic withdrawal. The passenger must sign the group member withdrawal notice form and all fees paid will not be refunded.

Guests who join tour groups must purchase or have comprehensive travel insurance on their own.

For hotels not officially rated by relevant authorities or according to national standards, our agency will display the hotel rating as "X-star" or "X-star standard" for reference. The hotel's pool, spa, hot springs, or any other facilities may be closed for seasonal reasons, cleaning, or special circumstances without further notice or compensation.

In accordance with national environmental protection policy requirements, the hotel has cancelled the free disposable items in the rooms. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own.

Some facilities and activities within the scenic area and hotel may be temporarily closed due to weather or other factors without prior notice.

Take a domestic tour bus. The seating order on domestic tour buses is based on the order in which guests register.

In the event of force majeure (snowfall, heavy rain, vehicle maintenance, etc.) or policy adjustments that make it impossible to visit attractions and programs (such as local temple ceremonies, etc.), or in the event of a delay due to force majeure such as vehicle mechanical failure, traffic jams or any other transportation cancellations during the trip, our agency reserves the right to cancel or replace the tour with other attractions or programs of equal value. The fees for the complimentary attractions and programs will not be refunded, and we reserve the right to adjust the order of attractions and accommodation accordingly.

Please avoid leaving the group during the tour. If you absolutely need to leave, please notify the tour guide in advance by text message or in writing, and return to the group on time at the agreed time. Please avoid areas with potential safety hazards or poor public security. During free time, please travel with a companion and avoid traveling alone. Tours not organized by our company are at your own risk. Any losses or disputes arising from these activities are the sole responsibility of the traveler and will be resolved by the traveler; the travel agency assumes no responsibility. It is recommended to travel with a companion during nighttime or free time, and inform the tour guide. Please keep the tour guide's phone number handy. Please pay attention to the safety of yourself and your belongings.

Travel and travel in a civilized manner. Consciously protect the flowers, trees, and cultural relics in scenic areas. Do not graffiti or litter in scenic areas or historical sites. Respect the customs of local ethnic minorities. Many scenic areas and hotels are surrounded by street vendors. If you have no intention of purchasing something, please do not bargain with them. Once you agree on a price and don't buy, it can easily lead to a conflict. Maintain a calm mindset when traveling, avoid impatience, and be considerate and helpful to one another.

Please cooperate with your tour guide and fill out the local "Tourist Opinion Form" truthfully. Complaints and appeals will be based primarily on the forms completed by the tourists themselves. Complaints after returning from an incomplete or false form will not be accepted. If you have any objections to the travel agency's service standards during your trip, please resolve them locally. If the issue cannot be resolved locally during your trip, you may file a local complaint.

All passengers must ensure they are in good health before joining the tour. We will do our best to assist any health issues that may arise during the tour, but we will not be held responsible.

Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be refunded or changed.
