【VISA Requirements for traveling to Canada】
This tour involves crossing the border from the United States into Canada. Before making a reservation, ensure the following:
- U.S. passport and green card holders must carry both valid documents
- If you don't have a U.S. passport and a green card, ensure you have your passport and a valid U.S./Canada visa
- Different nations have varying entry policies. Before departure, please verify visa requirements before departure to prevent entry issues.
- Refunds or compensation will not be granted for travellers unable to join the tour due to insufficient ID or unmet requirements
- Please arrive at the meeting point promptly as the bus will depart on time. Participation will not be granted to late arrivals and refunds will not be granted
- If you leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accident), refunds or compensation will not be granted
- Travellers age under 18 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult throughout the tour
- The itinerary is for reference only. In case of force majeure, such as attraction closures due to holidays, unforeseen circumstances, adverse traffic, or weather conditions, the local tour company may modify or cancel the itinerary without prior notice or compensation
- The vehicle type will be determined 2 days before departure, based on the number of travelers, which may include but is not limited to 7/14/55 - 61-seater vehicles, adjusted according to on-site availability, potentially offering other vehicle types
- Infants under 2 will be charged based on the vehicle type used on the day and whether they occupy a seat. If you are traveling with infant under 2, please contact KKday in advance for confirming the available packages
- As per local regulations, children age under 8, or under 145 cm in height are required to use a child seat while traveling in a vehicle. Guests are responsible for any violations and associated fines. Please specify the number of child seats needed during reservation and contact KKday in advance for confirmation. Car seat rental fee is US$10/day and failure to do so may result in admission decline
- Bilingual tour guide in both Chinese and English are available for this tour; please aware that for some experiences or attractions, bilingual guides may not be available. Local official attractions or tour operators may arrange for English-speaking guides or no guided services. Please be aware of this before making a reservation
- Considering the extended periods of travel by vehicle, please do access your physical conditions before making a reservation

The opening hours and traffic control of various attractions and national parks will change from time to time due to the epidemic. Itinerary may be subject to change by force majeure; please consider before booking

Each traveller is allowed to carry one piece of large luggage (maximum of 28" and 20 kg) and one carry-on luggage. Please secure your luggages as you are responsible for any loss or damage; partial refunds are provided for losses or damages due to vehicle breakdowns
In cases of emergencies, adverse weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances leading to tour delays or changes that result in inconvenience or additional expenses not covered by this tour, refunds or compensation will not be provided
The tour guide arranges all optional experiences and tickets; travellers cannot use tickets they obtain independently (e.g. City Pass). Please check the official website or on-site announcements for exact ticket rates

When making a reservation, please provide a reachable phone number while you're traveling, and we strongly advise obtaining a mobile SIM card with both internet and calling capabilities for emergencies
In the event of external factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, etc., it will not be possible to ensure that you will arrive at the pick-up location on time. Refunds will not be granted if the itinerary is delayed, which will cause inconvenience to passengers or cause additional costs such as flights and trains
If the bus is late for some reason, a partial refund will be granted according to the length of the delay time, but part of the tour fee will not be refunded. The tour guide will explain the details on the spot, and the compensation amount listed by the tour guide will be the main basis; please consider this before booking
If the tour cannot be visited due to external factors such as weather, war, strike, etc., the provider has the right to change the itinerary, and the ticket fee for the specific site will be refunded (except for the self-paid items presented as a gift). Refunds will not be granted for the registration fees
Please pay attention to your own luggage at all times. If there is any loss or damage, the provider will not be responsible for storage and compensation; if the luggage is lost or damaged due to the mechanical failure of the vehicle, only part of the cost will be compensated; please consider this before booking
Smoking is prohibited in hotel rooms, indoor facilities, and vehicles during the tour
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 16 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- For cancellations made 9 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
