This tour involves crossing the border from the United States into Canada. Before making a reservation, ensure the following:

  • U.S. passport and green card holders must carry both valid documents
  • If you don't have a U.S. passport and a green card, ensure you have your passport and a valid U.S./Canada visa
  • Different nations have varying entry policies. Before departure, please verify visa requirements before departure to prevent entry issues.
  • Refunds or compensation will not be granted for travellers unable to join the tour due to insufficient ID or unmet requirements


  • Please arrive at the meeting point promptly as the bus will depart on time. Participation will not be granted to late arrivals and refunds will not be granted
  • If you leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accident), refunds or compensation will not be granted
  • Travellers age under 18 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult throughout the tour
  • The itinerary is for reference only. In case of force majeure, such as attraction closures due to holidays, unforeseen circumstances, adverse traffic, or weather conditions, the local tour company may modify or cancel the itinerary without prior notice or compensation
  • The vehicle type will be determined 2 days before departure, based on the number of travelers, which may include but is not limited to 7/14/55 - 61-seater vehicles, adjusted according to on-site availability, potentially offering other vehicle types
  • Infants under 2 will be charged based on the vehicle type used on the day and whether they occupy a seat. If you are traveling with infant under 2, please contact KKday in advance for confirming the available packages

  • In the event of external factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, etc., it will not be possible to ensure that you will arrive at the pick-up location on time.
