How to use your Go City Pass
Download the Go City app from the iOS App Store or Google Play, and install it on your phone or tablet.
After installation, tap the “Your personal link” provided on your voucher to claim your pass. Make sure you use the same device on which you downloaded the app.
Once claimed, your pass will be ready to scan.

- After installation, tap the “Your personal link” provided on your voucher to claim your pass. Make sure you use the same device on which you downloaded the app.
- Once claimed, your pass will be ready to scan.
[Attraction Admission]
- Present the QRcode of the Singapore Explorer Pass to activate the pass at the first attraction you visit. The pass will remain valid for 60 days starting from the date when you scan at your first attraction; for example, if you purchased the 4-attraction plan and visit the first attraction on May 1, you must visit the remaining 3 attractions before June 30. Note that a physical pass is not required
- Travelers are recommended to download the Go City App (App Store/Google Play)
- Unused pass will remain valid for 1 years after the date of booking
- If you did not activate the pass before the selected date, requests for a full refund will be granted

- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
