- Please include details of your desired schedule when booking
- The maximum rental time is 12 hours. If your trip exceeds the 6-hour or 10-hour limit, an additional fee of THB200 per hour, per vehicle will be charged on-site and should be paid directly to the driver
- Khao Kheow Open Zoo is located approximately one hour away from Pattaya
- An additional fee of THB500 per vehicle will apply if you choose to visit Khao Kheow Open Zoo. Please note that this fee does not include transportation within the zoo
- Pick-ups in the North, South, Beach Road, and Jomtien Beach areas are included in your package. If your pick-up/drop-off location is in Sattahip or Jomtien Beach area, an additional fee of THB300 per vehicle will be charged. This fee will be payable directly to your driver on the day of your tour

Be punctual for pick-up at your hotel lobby as the driver will only wait for up to 20 minutes. Please note that missed pick-up times are considered a no-show and are non-refundable
Your pick-up information will be sent to you via KKday Message by 6:00 pm (GMT+7) one day prior to your departure date. If you do not receive a message, please contact customer service using the phone number provided on your voucher
