- Accuracy of Personal Information
Please provide accurate and complete personal information (name, gender, ID number, nationality, contact information, adult/child, etc.) when booking. Our agency is not responsible for any losses caused by incorrect information.
- Health requirements
Those suffering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as hypertension, heart disease, coronary heart disease, etc. are not allowed to participate.
- Requirements for accompanying minors
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by at least one parent at all times.
- Travel tips for elderly passengers
Elderly people aged 70 years and above must ensure that they are in good health and suitable for travel, and must be accompanied by family members aged 18 years and above throughout the trip.
- Room Rate and Single Room Surcharge
The quotation is calculated based on 2 persons occupying 1 room (excluding multi-person rooms). Single applicants will try to share a room. If sharing a room is not possible, they will need to pay the single room surcharge.
- Itinerary adjustment authority
During the trip, the tour leader/driver may adjust the order of the tour due to weather, traffic and other factors without reducing the number of attractions and with the consent of the guests to ensure a smooth trip.
- Dealing with force majeure
If the attraction cannot be visited due to force majeure, the attraction can be cancelled/changed after negotiation, or the ticket price can be refunded (not the listed price of the scenic spot).
- Meeting time change notice
If the meeting time needs to be adjusted due to unexpected circumstances such as road conditions, the tour guide or accompanying personnel will announce it on site.
- Gift Project Description
The fee for the free program (if you are unable to experience it due to force majeure such as traffic, weather or personal reasons) is not refundable.
- Mid-trip departure processing
If you leave the group midway during a non-free activity period, the unfinished part will be deemed to be voluntarily abandoned, and only the unpaid ticket fees will be refunded.
- Discounted Certificate Refund Policy
Those holding senior citizen cards, military officer cards and other preferential certificates can enjoy ticket discounts according to the scenic spot policy on the day. Please bring your certificates and the tour guide/driver will handle the refund of the price difference on the spot.
Single room fee description
The hotel arranges standard rooms by default. Each room can only accommodate 2 adults and no more than 2 children;
【Group Buying】
Single registration is free of charge for single room supplement. By default, same-sex room sharing is arranged. Two people stay in one standard room. If the room sharing fails, the room supplement will be borne by us.
【Private Tour】
If a single person stays in a group, a single room surcharge needs to be paid. A double bed room can be arranged. Please contact customer service for details.
Reminders
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 7 day(s) before the departure date
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Heart disease, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
