台鐵山嵐號由EMU500型電聯車打造，以花東縱谷景色為主題，結合地方創生，車上餐食以花蓮在地食材烹調，由在地知名私廚端出精緻料理。沿途盡是壯麗景色，金黃或碧綠稻田隨風搖曳，鐵道與田園交織出最純粹的東部風光，每一刻都是讓人屏息的美景。精心安排的停點車站，都有獨特風貌，見證鐵道文化與時代變遷。
－ 山嵐號用餐環境 －
列車餐點部份，特別邀請花蓮知名私廚、第三屆世界名廚錦標賽雙料冠軍－葉志龍操刀，其設計理念受東台灣的山海魅力和大自然的贈予啟發，透過六大主題：「烏金·露白玉／日慕－藏雪球」、「海跳浪」、「山田野」、「嵐慕稻」、「東豐祭」、「軒品集」。

【花蓮→池上】 單程套票
- 報到時間：09:10 - 09:30
- 報到地點：雄獅旅遊花蓮火車站門市（後站）（花蓮市富裕二街32號）
- 報到引導：請於花蓮站找門市人員報到後，換取車票方可進入月台等待列車
- 活動時間：約 3 小時（抵達池上 13:21，正確運行時間依台鐵當日調度排點為主）
- 壽豐車站：眺望山嵐號與山林間呼應的美景
壽豐車站位於花蓮縣壽豐鄉，是臺灣鐵路有史以來唯一一座採用單一漢字站名的車站，1946年站名改為壽豐，並於2015年配合花東鐵路電氣化切換為高架車站。 - 玉里車站：由在地文史工作者帶領旅客走讀玉里發展的演進
1917年完工的玉里火車站，為日治時期東部鐵路第一期建設工程臺東縣的南端起訖站，除載運客人及處理貨物運輸之外，也必須負責調度火車方向，扮演著極為重要的角色。

東里車站位於花蓮縣富里鄉的臺九線公路旁，車站旁為整片無邊際的稻田，根據四季的變換呈現出不同的景色，有臺東縣最美車站之美稱。 - 鳳林車站：由在地文史工作者帶領旅客走讀鳳林發展的演進
鳳林車站是臺東線沿線主要車站之一，鳳林鎮以客家人居多，站內隨處可見客家特色裝飾，並於臺東線電氣化，車站主體建築物改建，造型模仿菸樓以呼應當地過往產業之象徵。

- 單、兩人報名時如兩人桌位已滿則可能安排四人桌並需與陌生人併桌，如造成不便敬請見諒。
- 本套票無指定席不開放座位劃位，座位依安排為準，亦不接受現場換位之需求，如造成不便敬請見諒。
- 預約時請務必於特殊需求欄內提供餐食葷素需求。皆無提供全素，僅供葷食及蛋奶素。
- 旅客攜帶嬰兒推車／/手提行李／20吋以下行李箱之需求，請務必於報名時於訂單內備註。
- 每趟次設有 2 席無障礙座位，無障礙旅客需搭配一位愛心陪同者一起購票。
- 因車輛空間有限不開放攜帶寵物箱(寵物推車)、自行車(腳踏車/單車)等大型行李。
- 觀光列車：0-1 歲幼兒不佔車位，滿 2 歲需佔位，每位成人最多限帶 1 位嬰兒。
- 外國籍旅請提供護照號碼，並備註在台可聯繫之電話號碼或通訊軟體。
- 訂位成功後，無法更改起迄點、亦無法換人。
- 每趟次設有2席無障礙輪椅席，無障礙旅客需搭配一位愛心陪同者一起購票。

車上禁菸，飲酒適量，車廂若有污染之情事，將酌收清潔費用。

當天請至現場出示電子確認信及身份證明文件（如身分證、健保卡、居留證、護照等）給工作人員， 報到領取套票相關資料，請攜帶海風號紀念車票以利臺鐵人員識別進出車站。
山嵐號觀光列車報到現場不接受更名換人，若更換乘客，需重新支付全額費用，且不予退費。
車票一經搭乘，若因旅客個人因素中途於停靠點下車離站後，並未於發車前準時返回車上，而有未完成之行程及項目則視同放棄，不做任何退費
戶外行程若因遇雨或其他天候條件不佳，為確保旅客安全及遊程操作順暢，本公司保有變更或調整行程之權益，請旅客提前知悉。
山嵐號停靠之各站點，請依照當日列車上導覽人員或工作人員指示，通行於規定路線及區域。勿行走、跨越軌道，以免發生危險事故，影響自身安全與旅客乘車權益。
若未依規定滯留禁行區域、鐵路路線、橋樑、隧道內、跨越月台黃線區域，或乘坐於不提供載客服務之車廂等行為，鐵路警察局可依《鐵路法》處以罰鍰。
本公司作業均遵依照觀光局相關規定，與旅客簽署旅遊契約書，契約內之取消規訂為：通知日需以人事行政局公告之正常上班時間為依準，超過時間以下個工作日計算 (請留意遇假期工作天需提前)，敬請知悉。
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 34 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 24 to 33 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 14 to 23 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 7 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
