3. You only need to complete three events from your eligible start date until the final day of the competition.
4. You don’t have to complete all three courses! Finish just two, and you’ll still receive a medal!
5. For safety reasons, must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and the legal guardian must be present on the day of the event.

6. When selecting an option, please choose the participation date and time-based on the swimming participation schedule.
(Option 1,2: 09:00 or 13:00 / Option 3,4,5,6: 09:00)
7. For Options 3,4 and 5 wearing a Wetsuit is mandatory. Please ensure to indicate your rental preference and size when making your reservation.
What You Can Expect
Purchase Notice
1. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
2. Option 1: Only those aged 5 or older and at least 100cm tall can participate.
*Age limit: Born before January 1, 2020
3. Option 2,3,4 and 5: Only those aged 13 or older can participate in Hangang River Swimming (300m/1km).
*Age limit: Born before January 1, 2012
4. When selecting a participation option, please select the date and time according to your swimming schedule.
* Option 1, 2: 09:00 or 13:00 / Option 3, 4, 5: 09:00
5. The Hangang River Swimming gathering times for Options 3, 4, and 5 may differ slightly, and separate information will be provided later on the product details page or via email.
6. Participants in Options 3, 4, and 5 must bring their own Wetsuit. If you do not wear a Wetsuit, you cannot participate in the game.
*Wetsuit rental available: Limited quantity (paid, rental fee to be announced later)
7. You must wear a helmet when participating in the Ttareungi (Seoul City bicycle) course, and we recommend that you bring your own helmet.

8. For safety reasons, please cooperate with the on-site instructions.
9. All participants must fill out a participation consent form before the event. The participation consent form will be provided at the on-site booth.
10. In order to provide benefits, we are collecting the T-shirt sizes of all participants, but sizes may be randomly assigned depending on on-site circumstances.
11. As this is an event with more than 30,000 participants, the schedule may be subject to change. Please leave an email address where you can receive notifications.

How to Use
The vouchers and IDs of all participants will be checked at the on-site foreigner-only booth.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 75% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
