Q. Can Taiwanese people buy this product?
A. No, this product is only available to foreigners. If a Taiwanese citizen orders it, the ticket will be cancelled.
Q. Do I need to fill in my real name when registering for real-name registration?
A. Yes, please fill in your real name. The name filled in by foreign visitors must be exactly the same as the name on their passport. On the day of the event, we will check the name on the electronic voucher (i.e. ticket) in the KKday account order management and verify your original passport. If the identity is found to be inconsistent, the wristband and towel will not be redeemed.
Q. What should I do if I enter the wrong name in the real-name system? Can the system be modified?
A. No, after confirming the purchase, the KKday ticketing system does not allow modification of the name on the real-name ticket. Please carefully confirm the name you enter in the real-name registration system. If the registered name is entered incorrectly, please request a refund within the refund period and purchase a new ticket. However, the system will automatically release the ticket after the refund, so there is no guarantee that you will be able to purchase the ticket.

A. No, the KKday system requires you to fill in the information and complete the payment to obtain the confirmation letter before the ticket is considered to have been successfully purchased. The system cannot reserve the ticket quota before payment is made. Please understand.
Q. What should I do if there are people with the same name and surname in the same order?
A. Please fill in your real name on each ticket truthfully. Your passport will be checked on site. You can only exchange for wristbands and towels after verification.
Q. Can I show my passport photo on my phone to exchange for a wristband or towel?
A. No, you must bring your original passport for verification before you can exchange for the wristband or towel.
Q. Can I show my student ID or membership card?
A. No, only original passport with photo will be accepted for verification.
Q. What happens if the name on the ticket is different from my name during verification?
A. Wristbands and towels cannot be exchanged.
Q. What are the payment methods?
A. You can choose to pay by credit card or mobile payment (LINE Pay, Jiekou Pay).
Q. What is the ticket collection process?
A. No need to pick up the ticket. After the ticket purchase is completed, the electronic voucher will be automatically emailed to the purchasing member's mailbox and recorded in the order management of the purchasing member's KKday account. When redeeming the wristband or towel at the event site, please present the electronic voucher and the passport of each ticket holder for verification.
Q. What is the refund process?
A. Log in to the KKday account and click "Order/Order Management". Click "Apply for Cancellation/Cancel Order" in the order and wait for the reply notification message. You can cancel after the system has reviewed it.
Q. How is the refund date calculated?
A. Tickets can be refunded within three days of purchase. A handling fee of 5% of the face value of each ticket will be charged. For example: if you purchased on 1/15, please process a refund before 23:59 on 1/18.
Q. Does a real-name refund require a refund of the entire order?
A. The other three people travelling with you can request individual refunds. When applying for a refund (full or partial), the applicant must be the same person who purchased the tickets.
The quantity of goods is limited, and the order result is based on the confirmation reply.
In the event of natural disasters or force majeure, the organizer will decide whether to cancel the event based on the order issued by the Kaohsiung City Government, and will announce relevant information on the Dagang Concert social platform and official website as soon as possible.
