Security Check Notice
The prohibited items are mainly divided into 15 categories:
1. Firearms, ammunition, and explosives;
2. Replica firearms and controlled implements such as bows, slingshots, and daggers;
3. Flammable and explosive hazardous materials such as fireworks, gasoline, alcohol, lighters, and matches; 4. Highly toxic, corrosive, and other hazardous chemicals and radioactive materials;
5. Hazardous substances such as harmful biological agents and infectious disease pathogens:
6. Heroin, cocaine, marijuana, methamphetamine, and other types of drugs;
7. Professional photography and videography equipment, laser pointers, projectors, etc.;
8. Fragile containers (e.g., glass bottles/cups), knives;
9. Banners, slogans, and other propaganda materials containing political, racial, religious, terrorist, or commercial content;
10. Amplification equipment, such as musical instruments, whistles, horns, drums, and other amplification devices:
11. All kinds of sticks and sharp objects that can easily cause personal injury, such as baseball bats;
12. Balls, rackets, frisbees and similar items (excluding tournament balls and rackets);
13. Unauthorized items that may affect the normal conduct of the event or obstruct the viewing of others, such as radios, laser devices, lighting equipment, projection equipment, walkie-talkies, and wireless equipment; 14. Drones and all types of aircraft;
15. Other items that are expressly prohibited by national laws and regulations, or other items that security personnel deem incompatible with the function of the event site and obviously affect safety.
[Viewing Instructions]
1. This event implements a real-name ID card verification and facial recognition system for entry. Every spectator must complete real-name authentication before entering.
2. Minors under the age of 18 should enter the venue with a ticket and a guardian; it is not recommended for minors under the age of three to enter; adult audience members accompanying minors should bear full responsibility for care and supervision, and any behavioral flaws of the person being brought in shall be considered as behavioral flaws of the adult audience member.
3. Visitors must present their original valid ID card and pass on-site facial recognition verification before entering the venue. Foreign visitors or visitors from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan must present their original valid passport, Hong Kong and Macao travel permit or Taiwan resident travel permit to mainland China. After verification and photo taking by on-site staff, they can register and enter the venue.
4. Spectators must enter and exit the venue through the designated passageway according to the independent stand or area indicated on their tickets, and take their assigned seats or sit in the designated area. They must not enter prohibited or restricted areas without authorization.
5. As the event is held outdoors, severe weather such as heavy rain, strong winds, and lightning may cause delays, partial cancellations, or interruptions or early terminations of the event, regardless of the reason. Ticket purchasers acknowledge and accept that refunds or exchanges cannot be requested under the aforementioned circumstances.
6. Spectators are aware of the large-scale public event nature of the competition and must carefully comply with the safety measures established by the event organizers. All spectators must cooperate with security personnel or other official staff in ticket checks, security screenings, secondary checks, and verification for exiting the venue midway through the event.
7. All spectators entering the venue are responsible for their own property and actions. Spectators who cause personal injury or property damage to themselves or others due to their own fault shall bear legal responsibility, and the event organizer reserves the right to pursue legal action.
8. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
8.1 Bringing any slogans, signs, or other promotional materials that incite violence, hatred, discrimination, terrorism, contempt for others, or conflict with the commercial interests of the event into the venue and/or displaying them to the public.
8.2 Bringing any animals into the venue or parking lot
8.3 Bringing knives, fireworks, pneumatic loudspeakers, strobe devices, glassware, horns, or any other flammable, explosive, fragile, or noisy items, or any other items or equipment that could be used as weapons to endanger public safety, harm others, or interfere with the competition is prohibited.
8.4 Bringing equipment that may be used to create or transmit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of the event into the venue.
8.5 Any form of betting on tickets, matches, or their results.
8.6 Entering the venue while under the influence of psychotropic drugs or smoking. Entering while intoxicated.
8.7 Smoking outside designated times or locations, and moving outside designated areas or routes indicated on tickets.
8.8 Without permission, selling goods or services (such as beverages, food, souvenirs, helmets, tickets, etc.) within the venue or around the event venue under the control of the event organizers, or engaging in marketing or other activities unrelated to the event.
What can you bring?
We recommend that spectators attending the F1 race travel light, carrying only essential items such as cash, mobile phones, cameras, and spare batteries. A variety of dining options are available on-site, so there's no need to bring your own. Please be sure to bring your valid ticket for the day, as well as valid identification for yourself and any children, for entry verification.
This event uses electronic tickets. One ticket per person. All ages are charged the same price. Children under three years old are not admitted.
This event implements a real-name ticket purchase system (Hong Kong and Macao tourists use a homecoming permit/Taiwanese tourists use a Taiwan compatriot card/overseas tourists use a passport/mainland tourists use an ID card). Please bring your identity document and voucher on the day of travel and must pass the on-site real-name verification. Admission.
You will receive a voucher upon booking confirmation. Please note that this voucher is not an official ticket. The official e-ticket or admission ticket will be sent to guests via email at least 3 days prior to the match date.
Seats cannot be assigned for this event and will be arranged randomly.
