Tibet is a special autonomous region. The government has the right to open or close scenic spots at any time. If a scenic spot is closed, we will discuss with the group members as soon as possible after receiving the notification and provide other alternatives.
If the government temporarily requisitions hotels or Qinghai-Tibet Railway carriages, we will provide hotels of the same grade and arrange the most appropriate alternatives.
If the itinerary is changed due to force majeure (climate, road conditions, political factors) or the participants' own reasons, we reserve the right to change the itinerary, and the additional costs incurred shall be borne by the participants.
Tibet has special climatic conditions. When driving on the plateau for a long time and crossing high mountains, you may encounter car breakdowns or have to arrange for maintenance along the way. We promise to quickly arrange a proper solution in the event of such an emergency. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Reminders
The Tibet Entry Letter must be sent 45 days before the departure date. If you purchase it within 50 days before the departure date, it is recommended to chat with the merchant first to inquire about the relevant regulations.

For domestic flights in Tibet, most airlines have a limit of 20 kilograms for checked baggage (although there is no strict size limit, it is recommended to use a 20- to 23-inch suitcase). For specific regulations, please refer to the airline regulations of the domestic flight you purchased.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 11 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
