Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Minors or children traveling alone cannot participate. For the safety of pregnant women, pregnant women must not be more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the trip.
Please provide accurate and complete information when booking, including name, gender, valid contact information (preferably mobile phone, so that you can notify us if there are any problems), accurate flight information or location of the group, etc., to avoid booking errors and affecting your travel. You will be solely responsible for any losses caused by providing incorrect information.
North American hotels have different room types, such as a King/Queen Size bed room or two Double Size twin beds. The maximum number of people that can legally stay in each room is 2 to 4, including adults and children. In addition, each hotel has different ways to collect deposits (mostly credit cards are used to collect and refund deposits), and group guests will be required to cooperate according to different regulations.
Guests are not allowed to bring their own tickets or use City Pass. The entrance fees and meal fees of the attractions may change according to the temporary notice of the attraction officials. The prices announced by the attraction on the day shall prevail.
While facilitating the operation of the tour, the itinerary sequence will be appropriately adjusted to ensure the smooth progress of the tour, but the items that should be included in the itinerary will not be reduced.
During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the order of visiting attractions, stay time or meeting time according to weather, traffic and other conditions to ensure a smooth trip.
If the attraction is temporarily closed or closed on holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), etc., resulting in the inability to visit, the tour guide will adjust the appearance or replace it with other attractions according to the actual situation to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and flow control of various attractions and national parks will change from time to time due to the epidemic. If the itinerary is affected by force majeure, please understand.
Children under the age of eight are required to ride in safety seats. We provide rental services at $10.00/person/day. Please make sure to inform us in advance when booking the trip so that we can prepare in advance. If the guests do not inform us in advance, the violation and fines caused by the guests will be borne by the guests. Please understand. No safety seats are required for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guests.
Many of the attractions on the tour require basic health conditions. Disabled people and people with limited mobility are kindly requested to contact us in advance before signing up for the tour. Without timely notification, we cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-lift buses or suitable seating arrangements for our guests.
To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, guests are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting time given by the tour guide. If more than ten minutes are left before the meeting time, the car will leave without waiting. However, due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war and terrorist attacks, our company cannot guarantee that we will arrive at the pick-up location on time. We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused to guests by delays caused by such reasons, or for any additional costs such as related flight, train or bus fares and other travel expenses.
Reminders
1. This trip requires 4 people to form a group. If the group is not formed, the order will be cancelled 2 days in advance.
2. Each person is limited to 1 piece of luggage
3. In order to facilitate the group operation, tourists will be transferred from the original car to another car during the journey and different tour guides and drivers will be assigned to provide services.
4. The following suggestions will help you register faster and better: You must bring a valid ID (with a photo); please show a paper or electronic version of the itinerary.
This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group midway, please inform the tour guide in advance and obtain his consent. You must sign a departure agreement. The unfinished part will be deemed to be abandoned by you and the group fee will not be refunded.
5. If the free items in the itinerary cannot be given due to force majeure such as traffic, weather, or if you cannot visit due to personal reasons, the fees will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
6. Smoking is prohibited in the car during the tour, and in most hotel rooms; hotel cleaning staff are professionally trained, and security personnel will also professionally leave evidence. Once discovered, there will be a cleaning fee of at least US$250 per night. This fee is borne by the guests themselves, and our company is not responsible. If you need to smoke, please go to the designated smoking area.
Pets and animals are not allowed on the tour.
7. Only for products that include airport pick-up service: For the same order, only one free airport pick-up service is provided within the pick-up time range. If it cannot be arranged due to weather, flight delays, etc., please pay for the transportation costs yourself
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 34 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 18 to 33 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 11 to 17 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–10 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
