If you need a baby seat, please inform us when placing the order and pay NT$200 per seat on site.
If part of the itinerary is cancelled due to delays caused by force majeure such as traffic and weather, please contact customer service and we will refund you in full.
In case of bad weather conditions such as typhoons, snowstorms, etc., we will decide whether to cancel the tour 1 day before departure (local time 22:00), and will notify you by email, phone, text message or communication software at any time thereafter.
Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point early for the pick-up. Please wait for a maximum of 5 minutes after the vehicle arrives (for airport pick-up, it will be 60 minutes after the flight lands). We will not be able to request to modify, cancel or refund the order due to lateness or non-arrival.
Due to different road conditions and pick-up times, the time may be subject to change. Please contact the driver. In case of traffic congestion, the actual pick-up time may be delayed by 15-20 minutes from the scheduled time. The driver and customer service will contact you to inform you.
In case of bad weather or force majeure, the supplier reserves the right to cancel or change the service. If there is any cancellation or change, the supplier will notify you one day in advance.
Please be sure to leave the searchable communication software LINE ID, etc. If the communication software cannot obtain the connection, you will be notified by email, so please be sure to check it.
