- For safety reasons, travelers below 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the tour
- Please note that all travelers must sign and agree to the liability waiver to participate in this tour. If you do not sign the waiver or do not meet the eligibility requirements, you will not be allowed to take part in this tour and refunds will not be offered
- Please arrive at the designated meeting point promptly as the tour will depart on time. Refunds will not be granted to late arrivals
- The activity usually runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but the itinerary may be affected by weather and other unforeseen circumstances. The supplier reserves the right to adjust, cancel, extend, or shorten the itinerary. Please adhere to the arrangements made by the tour staff
- The itinerary is for reference only. The tour guide will arrange alternative attractions in the event of attraction cancellation due to adverse traffic or weather conditions or force majeure
- Refunds or compensation will not be granted to travelers who leave the tour halfway through or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)
- Travelers may be asked to present ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification. Please make sure you carry the aforementioned documents with you on the day of the visit
- Please provide an active contact number when booking so we can get hold of you in the event of an emergency
Reminders
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Pregnant women

Participants are required to properly fasten their helmet and wear it when they are riding their bike
Pregnant women should present an authorization letter from a doctor in order to participate in this tour. No refunds are allowed if participants do not present this document
Young riders may be excluded from the bike tour if the guide notices that they cannot ride in a safe manner and may endanger themselves or others.
Participants are advised to download or print out the e-voucher for offline access
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
