We only purchase fresh, high-quality tuna handled by our operating company, Weku Foods. We offer our proud tuna at reasonable prices, from standard cuts to rare cuts that are hard to find, such as cheek meat and heart. Each piece is hand-cut by a craftsman to bring out the maximum flavor. In addition to sashimi, we also have a wide variety of creative dishes such as "tuna spring rolls" and "tuna carpaccio," so please enjoy to your heart's content.
We offer authentic sushi made by expert chefs at reasonable prices! We use different methods of preparation depending on the fish, such as aging some and using some fresh.
