- The cruise implements crowd control and your selected session may turn out to be unavailable. Please provide backup sessions when booking and keep an eye out for messages from customer service
- For the Brunch and Lunch cruises, free admission is allowed for children under 3 years old. Proof of age (e.g. passport) is required. Please include the number of eligible children in the Requests & Remarks section when booking
- For the dinner cruise, children under 6 years old are not permitted to experience the cruise
- For safety reasons, minors must be accompanied by at least 1 adult throughout the tour
- Guests may be asked to present ID documents (e.g. passport or ID card) for identity verification purposes. Please carry your ID documents with you at all times
- If you leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accident), refunds or compensation will not be granted
- The itinerary may be affected by weather conditions and other factors. Please ask the tour staff about the itinerary details on the day of the tour
- Once a booking has been confirmed, requests for changes or cancellation will not be granted. Please double-check the selected date, number of travelers, and ticket type

Please wear semi-formal clothes such as collared shirts or business casual attire. It is not recommended to wear jeans, shorts, tank tops, flip flops, or gym shoes. If the passenger's attire does not meet the regulations, the crew staff reserves the right to refuse passengers on board, and no refunds will be given
The cruise will sail rain or shine. In the case of severe weather conditions or upon the direction of the U.S. Coast Guard, the boat will remain dockside but will provide the full dining service. In this case, no refunds will be given
Requests for a specific seat such as a window table will not be granted. The on-site staff will arrange seating due to safety reasons
Complying with the laws of the United States, only guests 21 years old and above are allowed to drink alcoholic beverages. Please present your passport for age verification
