- JR East-South Hokkaido Rail Pass: Unlimited local train rides (non-reserved seats) for JR East Japan (Kanto, Northeast Region) and JR Hokkaido (Dōnan). Easy transportation from Narita Airport (NRT)/Haneda Airport (HND) to Tokyo, or New Chitose Airport (CTS) to Sapporo. Cancellation Policy
- MCO vouchers that have not been exchanged for physical tickets can be refunded within 12 months from the issue date by contacting KKday Customer Service. A 10% cancellation fee based on the ticket value will be charged. Refunds or reissues are not available for lost, stolen, or partially used vouchers.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
