- By law, the minimum age to tandem skydive in Australia is 16 years old. If a guest is between 16 and 18 years old, please leave a note when booking as the supplier must be informed in writing prior to the jump date. Guests between 16 and 18 years of age must have parental or legal guardian consent. For guests under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must be present at the drop zone on the day of the skydive. If a parent or legal guardian is not present, the customer must immediately notify a member of staff at the drop zone, who will arrange for the correct documents of consent to be sent and signed prior to skydiving
- Participants weighing more than 110 kg are subject to assessment by instructors
- If the participant weighs more than 94 kg, surcharges apply. The inspector will evaluate weather and other conditions to decide if the activity should be cancelled due to safety reasons
- If you are on medication or have any special physical conditions, please consult your medical doctor before booking
- Skydiving time depends on weather conditions. Do not schedule any other trips or activities on the same day. If the weather permits, your skydiving experience may finish within 3–4 hrs, but if the weather is not ideal, the schedule changes and may take up the day. To avoid any accidents, please be sure to follow flight regulations and on-site instructions
- In the event of a change in itinerary or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, please contact KKday customer service to reschedule
- Travellers are recommended to wear comfortable clothes and tight sneakers; jumpsuits will be provided on-site; wool clothes and gloves will be provided in winter (subject to on-site availability); please do not wear hiking shoes or high heels
