The afternoon tea features premium Kyoto Uji hojicha sourced from a renowned Japanese tea brand with over 180 years of heritage. Thoughtfully crafted with lactose-free milk, almond flour, and lotus root powder as healthier alternatives to traditional recipes, the menu presents a selection of delicate low-GI hojicha desserts, a variety of appetizers and main selections for a guilt-free enjoyment this spring and summer.
