Please be sure to adhere to the meeting times listed on the itinerary. If you are late, the tour will depart.

Please note that all guides during the tour will only speak Japanese, however, we will do our best to provide information (meeting point, departure time, etc.) through a translation app to ensure the smooth running and safety of the itinerary.

Please note that if there are an odd number of people attending, guests will generally be seated together, and there may be cases where men and women will be seated together.

Snow Valley is expected to be crowded. Snow conditions will vary depending on the season.

If the Snow Otani Walk is cancelled due to weather, there will be no refunds.

During the "Snow Otani" event, it will be quite cold, so you will need to dress as if you were in mid-winter (clothes with front buttons or zippers that are easy to put on and take off will be convenient, as you will get hot while walking). Also, as the weather is changeable, please bring rain gear.

As the road surface is slippery, please wear comfortable shoes such as waterproof sneakers or light hiking boots.

If there is a possibility that we may not be able to make it in time for the closing time of the Shirakawa-go parking lot due to delays in the itinerary due to traffic congestion caused by accidents, etc., we will skip the tour to Hida Takayama and give priority to the tour to Shirakawa-go.

If the Tateyama Toll Road is closed due to weather or other reasons, we will change the itinerary and guide you to sightseeing in Kanazawa city (Kanazawa Castle Town, Omicho Market, etc.). In this case, there will be no refund of the tour fee.

Even if you apply for a room for 2-3 people, each person may be assigned to their own room or may be divided into two rooms.

Due to traffic and weather conditions, some sightseeing spots may be omitted, the itinerary may be changed, the return time may be significantly delayed, and the stay time at accommodations and sightseeing spots may not be as scheduled.

Please refrain from using reclining seats on the bus.

Since this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change the meal contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. Please prepare your own meals. We also cannot refund the meal fee or provide takeaway meals.

The child (elementary school student) rate is the same as the adult rate. Children aged 3 and over will be charged 10,000 yen (incl. tax) for bus seat and facility usage. If you require other items (bedding, meals, points, etc.), please apply as a child (elementary school student).

Meals will only be provided for breakfast on the second day. Please eat other meals on your own.
