Reminders
Deductions will be made from the shooting and editing times, lasting until your reservation time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the reservation will be canceled
After the photoshoot ends, you will select the photos, and a 1:1 editing process will be carried out
Reservations may not be available for the desired date and time. In such cases, the customer service team will inform you via email
The maximum number of participants is 5 at one time. For Personal Color Photo Shooting with Makeup and Hair, the maximum number of participants is 3 at one time
In the case of Personal Color Photo shooting, we will send you the B-cut and unedited photos first via email
Once the selected best photo has been edited, we will send it via email

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
