  2. The charging guidelines are: Children 3 years old or above are charged the adult price; children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Each starting group can only have 1 free place).

  • Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before. To avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, no refunds will be issued for latecomers or no-shows.

  • The tour fee already includes the local driver, fluent Chinese tour guide and tips, dinner, all tickets on the itinerary and round-trip transportation expenses.

  • The itinerary attractions and dinner time will be adjusted according to the traffic conditions on the day.

  • Departure will proceed as usual if it rains.

  • The venue may be repaired or closed due to conditions on the day. The decision lies with the organizer. Guests are not allowed to claim compensation. We apologize for this.

  • If the restaurant is temporarily closed or unable to go due to other reasons on the day, other meals will be offered.

  • The itinerary attractions and evening meal times will be adjusted according to the traffic conditions on the day.

  • Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. When considering accepting any activities included in the tour or provided during the trip, guests must evaluate whether they are suitable to participate based on their own health or ability. When an accident occurs due to force majeure or physical damage or casualties occur due to unpredictable factors, the company's employees and related personnel only assume the obligation to provide full rescue.   • A fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide will accompany the group. If you change the meeting time of the itinerary reservation, we will contact you through WhatsApp/Wechat/Line and other communication methods, so please pay attention!

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
