Bus operating hours: 8:40 am–6:50 pm. Please redeem your ticket during bus operating hours
Infants under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat may join free of charge. If they need a seat, please purchase a child ticket
Umbrellas are not allowed on the Sky Hop Bus. In case of rain, we will distribute raincoats free of charge
Please be sure to wear your seat belt while on the Sky Hop Bus. Please refrain from standing up or moving around inside the bus while it is running
In the event of stormy weather such as typhoons or thunderstorms, the Sky Hop Bus service may be cancelled. Buses do not require reservations. All seats on the bus are unreserved (no standing space). If the bus is full, please board the next bus
The bus may be delayed due to traffic conditions on the day. Please note that the course may be changed if there are traffic restrictions
Please note that there are no toilets on the bus
Although there is a trunk on the bus, we are unable to store luggage for passengers before boarding or after disembarking the bus
Visits to the Kyoto Aquarium are only possible on designated dates and times. You can enter at any time during the designated hours. There is no limit on what time you need to exit
You may bring in food and drinks such as bento lunch boxes and snacks. However, please bring your waste with you
Cameras and video recording are allowed. To protect the creatures at Kyoto Aquarium, we ask guests to refrain from using flash

How to Use Your Voucher

Voucher Redemption Period
- The voucher must be redeemed on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
- Sky Hop Bus validity: The voucher is valid within 90 days from the date of issue. It becomes invalid after the validity period
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
