Guests must book 2 days before departure.
Attractions have the opportunity to arrange time slots according to the conditions of the day. Please arrive at the site as early as possible to understand the situation. Time slots are on a first-come, first-served basis. If we are unable to accommodate you on the day, no cancellations will be allowed.
Visitors aged 3 and above need tickets for admission, while those 2 years old or younger enter free without tickets. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Due to venue restrictions, strollers are not allowed.
Visitors of all ages can experience Harry Potter™: The Exhibition, but younger visitors may be frightened by some elements.
The exhibition is open daily from 11:00am to 7:00pm, with last admission at 6:15pm.
The exhibition is a self-guided tour and is expected to take approximately 60-90 minutes.
Tours are scheduled 30 minutes apart, allowing a full buffer for entry. Arrivals beyond 30 minutes will be accommodated in the next session, based on available space.
Exhibition tickets grant one-time admission. Re-entry after leaving is not allowed. In case of emergencies requiring exit, please inform nearby staff.
During peak tourist periods, you may be asked to store large luggage and backpacks at the hotel concierge. This is a paid service.
Due to venue restrictions, strollers and luggage will not be accepted.
Eating and drinking is prohibited on site.
Each location is accessible to people with reduced mobility. For visitors with hearing impairments, most galleries offer closed captions on their screens.
Visitors sensitive to sound and light should note that background music, movie sound effects, non-stroboscopic flash, motion-sensitive audio and video, and other media effects will be present throughout the exhibition.
