   - Car model: D5 (until November), VOXY, SERENA, etc.
   - Reference displacement: 2,000 cc
   - Riding capacity: 8 people

- Insurance and Exemption Compensation -

If an accident occurs, insurance benefits will be paid according to the specified limits:

• Personal liability compensation per person: Unlimited.
• Compensation for property damage per accident: Unlimited (deductible of JP¥ 50,000)
• Vehicle compensation per accident: Vehicle's market value (deductible of JP¥ 50,000)
• Personal injury compensation of up to JP¥ 3,000 million per person
• If you subscribe to the exemption, you will be exempted from paying the above exemption amount
• Limited to accidents covered by insurance (1)
• 1 Insurance may not apply in cases such as drunk driving or lack of proof of an accident. Please check with the counter for more details

- NOC -

In the event of an accident, theft, breakdown, defacement, or any similar incident requiring vehicle repairs or cleaning, regardless of the extent of damage or repair duration, please remit the following fees as part of the compensation for the suspension of business during that period (tax exempt):

• If the rental car is self-propelled and returned to the designated store: JP¥ 20,000
• If you are unable to drive the vehicle back to the designated store or do not return it there: JP¥ 50,000
• By enrolling in the NOC compensation system, you will be excused from the aforementioned NOC charges
• Please note that the car rental fee is not included in the above-mentioned amount. Additionally, if the car key is lost, the customer is responsible for the cost and must either visit the store personally or arrange for a motorcycle delivery service. A separate fee will be levied for the creation of a duplicate key
• Customers are responsible for inflating the tires themselves. Should you require staff assistance for tire inflation, an additional expense will be incurred
• If you fail to return the car to the designated store (e.g., leaving it on the street), a charge of JP¥ 50,000 will be applied
