Cancellations after confirmation of reservation will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Please note that refunds are not possible
Bringing food into the concert hall is prohibited, but water is allowed
Photography or video recording using telephoto cameras is prohibited within the venue. Your baggage will be inspected prior to entering the venue
Neither our company nor the organizer is responsible for tickets being lost or stolen after receipt of tickets. Tickets cannot be reissued
Please be sure to bring the passports (original) of all participants on the day
