- The local travel agency acts only as an agent and reserves the right to substitute hotels, alter the itinerary, withdraw any tour, and make any desirable alterations for the convenience of the operation of the tour. The local travel agency also reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason. By accepting the tour policy, passengers agree that the travel agency shall hold no responsibilities for itinerary alterations, delays, cancellations, strikes, sickness, theft, loss, accidents, weather, or any other causes
- The local travel agency shall be responsible for supplying the services and accommodations described on the voucher, except where such services cannot be supplied, or the itinerary is changed due to delays or other causes beyond the control of the local travel agency. During the tour, if anyone fails to show up on time, the maximum waiting time will be 15 minutes. No-shows will not be refunded or exchanged for unused services
- The local travel agency is pleased to accept requests for individual arrivals or departures for independent travelers; however, it will not be responsible for any loss sustained by passengers for any missed portion of the tour or hotel accommodation caused by traffic delays or any other delays
- The local travel agency reserves the right to refuse to carry anyone whose behavior is disturbing to either the tour or other passengers to such an extent that it could interrupt the tour. Accordingly, we are not responsible for a passenger's conduct after the completion of the tour. Should any passenger be asked to leave the tour, the balance of the tour fee will not be refunded
- The drop-off point and itinerary are subject to weather, traffic conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. Please inquire with the tour guide about the itinerary on the day of the tour
- Please note that children occupying a seat are charged the same price as adults

A minimum of 15 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date

Baggage: Each participant is allowed one piece of check-in baggage with a maximum weight of 20 kg (44 lbs) and dimensions not exceeding 73 cm x 50.8 cm x 25.4 cm, as well as one piece of carry-on baggage
