★Please note that the driver can only speak simple English. Most drivers will use a translator to communicate with customers.
1. The one-day private charter car duration is ten hours (including driving time).
2. If the departure point is not in Tokyo, the duration will be calculated based on the time the driver departs from Tokyo; if the return point is not in Tokyo, the customer needs to reserve time for the driver to return to Tokyo from the place where the customer gets off.
3. For continuous private charter car trips of more than two days (if the return destination on the same day is not in Tokyo), the customer is required to bear the driver's accommodation fee of 10,000 yen/night to avoid driver fatigue driving.
4. A maximum of 6 attractions can be visited per day in a private charter car trip, and the total mileage limit is within 300 kilometers. If the limit is exceeded, an additional fee of 150 yen per kilometer will be charged. Please note.
5. This package does not provide reservation services such as restaurant reservations, attraction tickets, entertainment venues, etc.
6. Please indicate the pick-up and drop-off location and address when placing an order.
7. When placing an order, please provide the private charter car itinerary you would like to arrange in the remarks. If the itinerary cannot be arranged or does not meet the specifications, we will negotiate with you to change the itinerary content or cancel the order.
8. Please fill in the exact number of luggage when placing an order. If the number of luggage and passengers cannot meet the requirements, we will negotiate with you to change the model or cancel the order.
9. If the quantity filled in the order exceeds the carrying capacity of the vehicle, the driver has the right to refuse to pick up and no refund will be made. Please note.
10. If you are unable to provide a plan that meets your itinerary requirements or are unsure whether it can be arranged, please contact customer service for special processing and quotation.
11. Please be sure to provide your contact information, such as an easily accessible mobile phone number or social software contact information. If the staff cannot contact you, no refund or order change will be made. Please be aware.
12. According to Japanese law, children under 6 years old must use child safety seats (each child occupies 1-1.5 seats). Please inform the driver in advance of the number of child safety seats you need. The first child safety seat is free of charge, and an additional charge of 1,500 yen is charged for each second child safety seat, which must be paid to the driver before boarding.
13. If the private charter car exceeds the scheduled time, an additional 2,500 yen will be charged for every 30 minutes (more than 30 minutes will be calculated as 1 hour). Please pay it to the driver before getting off the car. The billing time is based on the scheduled pick-up time and the drop-off time at the end of the trip (if the departure or drop-off place is not in Tokyo, the driver's round-trip time will be deducted).
14. Late night private charter car(22:00 to 6:00) will be charged an additional 5,000 yen per hour, which should be paid to the driver before boarding. The billing time is based on the scheduled boarding time and the drop-off time at the end of the trip (if the departure or drop-off point is not in Tokyo, the driver's round-trip time will be deducted).
15. If you have a lot of luggage or it is too big, it is recommended that you book a suitable vehicle type to ensure that all the luggage can be loaded. If additional expenses are incurred due to failure to follow the reasonable number of passengers and luggage load recommended by the vehicle type, the passenger will be responsible for the additional expenses.
16. In Japan, traffic jams may occur during rush hour, rush hour and holidays, causing longer travel time.
