【Safety Rules】
For your own safety during this tour, we especially ask you to comply with the following matters. This is our responsibility to inform you and to protect your rights.
(1) The tour leader and reception staff will meet the group members at the group meeting counter at the station to handle the seat allocation procedures and explain related matters.
(2) The correct hotel and train schedule for your itinerary are subject to final approval from our customer service staff and the Taiwan Railway Administration. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
(3) During peak season, transportation resources (flights, tour buses, and boat fares) are limited. To ensure smooth travel on the day, adjustments may be made to the itinerary. We apologize for any inconvenience. (However, all itineraries will be completed.)
(4) For group activities, please be sure to gather on time. Lateness or absence on the day will be deemed as giving up and no refund will be given.
(5) Your safety is paramount. Please pay attention to your own safety at all times. If you feel unwell or have any other symptoms, please notify the service staff immediately.
(6) Please do not bring pets with you to maintain public health and prevent the spread of infectious diseases. (Pets are not allowed in vehicles, hotels, and restaurants, with the exception of guide dogs.)
(7) Please bring: a change of clothes, a sunshade hat, a warm jacket (in case the air conditioning in the car is too cold and the temperature in the mountains is low), a camera, batteries, a charger, personal medicine (motion sickness medicine, cold medicine), etc. It is recommended to wear light shoes to facilitate the travel activities.
(8) Please drink plenty of water when traveling.
(9) During the long holiday season, there are many tourists, so it is inevitable that there will be some service issues during the trip. For example, the speed of replenishing dishes during meals will not be as fast as the speed of picking up dishes. If the restaurant is too slow to serve food, you can directly report it to the tour leader. Do not get angry and affect your travel experience. Other things such as hotel key distribution, park ticket purchase, and other transportation transfers often involve waiting time. Please understand this in advance.
(10) Train staff and tour leaders are unable to provide oral medications for passengers. Please prepare motion sickness medication and personal medications on your own.
(11) If tickets are issued, please carefully check whether all tickets (such as train tickets, entrance tickets, etc.) are complete. If there are important information such as dates and personal names, please also confirm whether they are correct. If there are any incomplete tickets or incorrect information, please notify the tour leader or service staff.
(12) If you need to move around on your own at night or during free time, please inform your tour leader and group members and pay special attention to safety.
(13) Please be careful and slow when moving inside the train. When the train stops to get on or off or when moving on the platform, please pay attention to your own safety and be aware of oncoming trains.
(14) Remember not to show off your wealth in public, and do not take out a whole stack of banknotes in public when shopping.
(15) Comply with the precautions announced by the tour leader at various places such as stations, tourist areas, restaurants, hotels, amusement facilities, etc.
(16) Groups must participate in activities together. If you wish to leave the group during the trip, you must obtain the leader’s consent to avoid any accidents.
(17) For the health of you and other passengers, since trains and tour buses are enclosed spaces, passengers with symptoms such as colds and coughs are requested to wear masks.
(18) For a safer and more comfortable journey, please fasten your seat belt before each tour bus departure. If you need any assistance, please inform the on-board service staff. Thank you!
