Upper House Hong Kong is delighted to serve a new Hong Kong-style afternoon tea at Salisterra, available daily starting from 1 June 2026. Created by Executive Sous Chef Tony Leung, the menu reimagines local culinary traditions through a contemporary lens.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Chef Tony draws on his local upbringing and international culinary background, presenting flavours inspired by Cantonese kitchens.
The savoury selection includes House-Made Siu Mai with mushroom X.O. sauce; Corned Beef, Mild Cheddar & Peanut Butter Sandwich; and Caramelised Oyster & Ginger Tarte Tatin.
