🚩Cancellations Policy
- In case of a 'No Show', the full price of the trip will be forfeited.
- Cancellations made by the operational team due to inclement weather or other force majeure circumstances will be eligible for a refund.
- Tour will still proceed in the event of rain , if guest choose to not participate even if the tour is able to proceed will not be entitled to any refunds.
- The operational team reserves the right to modify routes, schedules, and itineraries if circumstances beyond their control necessitate adjustments.
- If adverse weather conditions occur during the tour, the operational team may decide to cancel and return to the Jetty for the safety of all passengers. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

A minimum of 10 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date

The boatman reserves the right to change or amend the sailing routes for the comfort of our passengers in the event of bumpy sea conditions.
Guest may use the shower facilities in Dreamer Island Resort before heading back to Star Marina Jetty.
Things to bring: swimming suit, towel, toiletries, dry bag or plastic bag (for wet suits) and sunblock.
There is no lockers in the island , please take care of your belongings. (Not recommend to bring any valuables with you during the tour.)

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
