You need to bring a flashlight. It is recommended to wear long pants, covered shoes, and mosquito repellent. Please follow the instructions of the instructor. If it rains, the activity will be cancelled and you will be notified by phone on the day.
3. Registration will be closed 3 days before departure. If you register from 2 days before departure to the day of departure, an additional fee of NT$100/person will be charged (registration is not guaranteed, subject to final confirmation)
Infants under 2 years old are not included in the calculation of the 4-person group size

Reminders
The minimum number of people in a group is 4. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of people in the group specified above, the tour will be canceled and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 3 days before the departure date.
If part of the itinerary is cancelled due to delays caused by force majeure such as traffic and weather, please contact customer service and we will process a partial refund for you.
The on-board service staff is the driver and tour guide, and there will be guided explanations throughout the journey.
For ride-sharing services, pick-up and drop-off may be at different locations. The pick-up time will be notified one day in advance.
The travel times listed in the itinerary are for reference only. The order of the itinerary may be changed depending on road conditions or the large number of tourists on holidays.
This is a combined tour, and pets are not allowed (service dogs are permitted, but must be noted in the order notes).
If restaurants or attractions are closed, a service of the same standard will be provided as a substitute.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 22 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 11 to 21 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
