Our business hours are from 6:00 am - 10:00 pm

- Chartered period: 8 hours / 10 hours
- Driver language: Japanese / Chinese
- Number of passengers: 1 to 6 people
- Luggage Capacity: 3 to 4 medium-sized suitcases
- Overtime charge: JP¥5,000 per hour (Kindly make the payment directly to the driver on the day of your trip) - 10-seater (Toyota Hiace or equivalent)
- Chartered period: 8 hours / 10 hours
- Driver language: Japanese / Chinese
- Number of passengers: 1 to 9 people
- Luggage Capacity: 7 to 8 medium-sized suitcases

Purchase Notice
- Please indicate your preferred pick-up location and time at the time of booking
- Please indicate the number of adult and child passengers
- After the booking has been confirmed, the car and driver information will be sent to you by 12:00 pm, on the day before the use
- Please pay the driver directly on the day for highway fees, overtime fees, and other expenses that may occur
- Children aged 5 and below are required by law to use a child seat. Please let us know if you are traveling with children of that specified age in advance
- Up to 2 child seats can be rented free of charge. If you need more, please let us know at the time of booking. An additional JP¥2,000 per child seat will be charged on-site on the day
- If the driver determines that the car is overloaded on the day of the tour, the driver may refuse the use of the car
- If more than 10 minutes elapse from the reserved departure time, the service time will start at that time

- Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before your reserved departure time
- Vehicle types cannot be selected in advance
- We advise you to pre-determine your destination to ensure a smooth experience on the day
- The travel distance is capped at 300 km or less
- For trips lasting less than 1 hour, charges for a full hour will apply

How to Use Your Voucher

Voucher Redemption Period
- The voucher must be redeemed on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
