Important notes for ski trips
[Reservation～Arrival at the ski resort]
- After making a reservation, we will reply within 1-4 working days to confirm the hotel availability and whether the order is confirmed. Please understand that there may be delays in reply during the peak ski season.
- The meeting and departure point for the bus is at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Large Parking Lot in Shinjuku. Please refer to the itinerary for the location.
- After the meeting, the staff will give you the accommodation and cable car exchange vouchers related to the itinerary. Please confirm the contents before departure and keep them properly. If you have any questions, please contact the company.

- Depending on the number of registrants, we may use buses from other travel agencies that provide skiing services. If the above situation occurs, the parking location and time for the return trip will be adjusted. We will notify you via KKDAY message 1 week to the day before departure. Please be informed.
- When meeting at Shinjuku, the bus will depart on time, so please be sure to arrive at the meeting point in advance and don't be late.
- For all ski bus tours organized by our company (TRAVEX TOURS), the outbound and return buses are different. Please take all your belongings with you when you get off the bus and do not leave them on the bus.
- When the bus arrives at Komaruyama Ski Resort, please check your valuables before getting off the bus and heading to your hotel.
- Check-in is available after 15:00, and you can store your luggage and use the hotel's changing room facilities before then.
- If you need to rent ski equipment, you can do so at the rental shop on site. (No reservations allowed / payment required on site)
- Please note that ski equipment cannot be exchanged once rented and must be rented again after returning.
- You can then go to Komaruyama Ski Resort to enjoy skiing, and use the exchange voucher to exchange for the ski resort's cable car ticket at the ski resort's cable car ticket exchange office.

Please note that the itinerary route or arrival time at the ski resort may be delayed due to traffic congestion, facility maintenance, etc.
During a group trip, you are not allowed to leave the group early or leave the group midway. If you leave the group midway, it will be deemed as automatically giving up the unfinished itinerary and no additional refund will be given. Please understand that passengers are responsible for any accidents after leaving the group.
Please arrive at the meeting point in advance. The bus will depart on time. No latecomers will be allowed to join the tour midway.
Ski clothing and ski sets are re-rented items and cannot be selected. Please note that they may not be the latest items.
If the tour needs to be cancelled due to insufficient snow in the area, we will notify you 2 days before departure in principle. Please be advised.
In principle, the tour will continue as long as there is more than one ski slope in operation at the ski resort. Of course, the tour may be suspended due to the ski slope conditions, so please be aware of this.
The usage period of the cable car ticket redemption voucher is calculated from the start date of local accommodation and does not include the night operation of the ski resort. If changes are required, please note them when booking and contact us.
Some ski resorts will charge a deposit of 500 to 1,000 yen when you use your lift ticket, which will be refunded after you finish using it. Please be aware of this.
Depending on the situation of each ski resort, some ski slopes may not be available and no refund will be given. Please be advised.
Please be sure to pay attention to the departure date and time when signing up for a trip departing at night.
If there is a heavy snowstorm on the day of your return trip, resulting in road closures, our company will assist you in arranging accommodation or taking a shuttle bus to the nearest train station. However, all expenses incurred will be at your own expense. Please note this.
The ski resort is located in the mountains. The local hotel facilities cannot be compared with those in big city hotels. Some of the facilities are relatively old. Please understand.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
