How to Use

  • Keukenhof Gardens: Have your smartphone ticket scanned at the turnstiles at the entrance
  • Amsterdam and Region Travel Ticket:
    - Please note that your smartphone voucher is not the actual ticket.
    - Collect your ticket (called an OV-chipkaart) by scanning the barcode on your voucher at one of the designated GVB ticket machines or desks. Please follow the timetable of each collection point.
    - Make sure to use the card to check in at the start of your journey, and to check out at the end of every trip.
    - You need to check in and out with each operator, i.e. if you change to bus, tram or metro. You must also check out at an NS card reader before checking in with another operator.
  • Tulip Festival Digital Guide: Find the link in the voucher and access the QR code to download the APP
    - This ticket is not an entry ticket to the Keukenhof Gardens
  • Amsterdam: City Audio Guide App for your smartphone
  • To download the POPGuide app: Click or scan the QR code on your ticket that you receive after booking or scan the QR code with your phone
    - One ticket is valid for one download of the audio guide in the POPGuide app
    - This isn't an entry ticket for any attractions and sightseeing
