While the local tour operator guarantees that they will do their best to provide you with all of the highlights within this itinerary (conditions permitting), but do not guarantee them in this specific order
- The Giant Sequoia Trees are at elevations in the park that get blanketed in snow and due to trail conditions may not be accessible from November through May. The local tour operator will do the best for the adjustment. Please contact us if you need more information
- Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult at all times
- The drop-off itinerary is subject to weather, traffic conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. Please inquire with the tour guide about the itinerary on the day of the tour
- Local laws require car seats for children under 8 or under 145 cm in height. Please prepare your own car seat. Failure to do so will result in the inability to participate in the tour without refunds
- Because of our small-size vehicles, we have limited luggage space. Each passenger may bring one overnight bag. The under-seat storage space will accept 13.5″x12″x11″ (34.29 cm x 30.48 cm x 27.94 cm) if the item is hard-sided, and slightly larger if it is soft-sided. If you have larger luggage, most hotels in San Francisco will store your larger luggage after check-out or before check-in (some charge a fee for this service)

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 15 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
