① A surcharge of IDR 150,000 per car applies for pick-ups and drop-offs outside these service zones: Kintamani, Candidasa, Lovina, Sidemen, Bedugul, Pemuteran, and other areas not mentioned. This fee is to be paid to the driver on-site.
No extra charges if pick-up and drop-off are different but within the same area coverage. For example, pick-up at Kuta and drop-off at Nusa Dua will have no surcharge. A surcharge of IDR 150,000 per car will apply for areas other than service zones mentioned.
Overtime Surcharge
① For private tours, there will be an additional fee of IDR 100,000 per car per hour for overtime.
② For luxury tours, there will be an additional fee of IDR 200,000 per car per hour for overtime.
Child Seat
① A child seat is available for IDR 50,000, subject to availability, payable on-site.
