- The sailing time is subject to change due to holidays and special events. Please refer to the voucher for the actual departure time and point, in the event of changes, prior notice will not be provided
- The cruise leaves on time. Please arrive at the port 30 mins in advance. Refunds will not be offered to late arrivals
- For safety reasons, minors must be accompanied by at least 1 adult throughout the tour
- Travelers may be asked to present ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification purposes, please carry your ID documents at all times
- If you leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accident), refunds or compensation will not be granted
- The itinerary may be affected by weather and other factors, please query the tour staff about the itinerary details on the day of the tour
- Once a booking has been confirmed, requests for changes or cancellation will not be granted, please double-check the selected date, traveler number, and ticket type before finalizing your booking

The cruise sails rain or shine. In the case of severe weather conditions or upon the direction of the U.S. Coast Guard, we will remain dockside, but provide the full dining service. In this case, no refund would be given
Requests for a specific seat will not be granted. The on-site staff will arrange seating for you for safety reasons
Complying with the laws of the United States, only guests 21 years old and above are allowed to drink alcoholic beverages. Please present your passport for age verification
Travelers are recommended to download or print out the e-voucher for offline access
Each ticket can only be used by its rightful holder. Please do not share your ticket with third parties, failure to comply may result in your ticket being voided without compensation and refunds

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
