Spotlighting Hong Kong’s legendary fishing village, Lau Fau Shan, offering guests an exquisite blend of nostalgic flavours and premium quality. The culinary team has meticulously selected renowned seafood from Lau Fau Shan to create a multi-sensory dining experience.
- Lunch buffet: 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday); 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Saturday and public holidays)
