Reminders
Check-in at Holt Street Wharf begins at least 1 hour before departure
Please keep in mind that flash photography is not permitted while dolphins are being fed. Please do not enter the water wearing insect repellents, perfumes, deodorants, or sunscreen. Travelers suffering from a cold, flu, or respiratory illness are not permitted to participate. Wear something that can get wet and take off any sharp or large hand jewelry (the Eco Centre rents out waterproof waders). Before handling the fish, wash your hands in the bucket provided. Violators will be asked to leave the water immediately
Travelers are allowed one (1) carry-on bag with dimensions of 56cm (height) x 36cm (width) x 23cm (depth)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
