Overtime
For service exceeding 10 hours, please pay the overtime fee to the driver in cash
7 to 14-seater: JP¥5,000 per hour
21-seater: JP¥10,000 per hour
Children's Car Seat
1st car seat is for free. The 2nd car seat or more requires an additional JP¥2,000 and must be paid to the driver on-site. Please note the number of car seats in the booking's remarks section
Vehicle Cleaning Fee
If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty (e.g.: hard to clean messes, vomit, strong odor, etc.), a cleaning fee will be charged based on the severity of the mess
Reminders
Provide the actual number of passengers, including infants and children, and the number and size of luggage. If the on-site situation doesn't match the booking or exceeds the vehicle capacity, the driver has the right to refuse service without a refund
To ensure a smooth journey, the driver may adjust the sequence of itinerary or suggest an updated return time. Overtime fee incurred due to congestion, traffic control or any force majeure factores will still be charged
Provide your contact method in the booking's remarks section (i.e.: phone number in use, LINE/Whatsapp/Wechat/Kakaotalk ID). Ensure your connection is open for the driver to reach you
