- Hotel facilities (swimming pool and gym) can be accessed at Sunway Clio Hotel only. Please check the availability with staff on counter
— Sunway Lagoon Theme Park —
- The voucher is only valid on selected dates
- Operating hours: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Redeem your voucher at counters 6 - 8. Please show a copy or photo of your passport at the counter
- Please make sure the name of your booking is identical to the name on your ID. Malaysian travelers are required to present their myKad to redeem the voucher. Non-Malaysian visitors are required to show their passport for ID verification to redeem the voucher
- One voucher is for one person only. Vouchers are not refundable or transferable
- Free admission for children under 90 cm and under 3 years old (both requirements must be met)
- A surcharge will be applies to the following facilities or activities: Bungy Jump, G-Force X, and Go Kart
- Please note that the maximum capacity of 1 booking is 10 travelers (adults and children included). Groups exceeding 10 travelers may result in admission denial
