- Personal information cannot be amended once the booking is being processed or confirmed
- Passengers under age 18 are not permitted to travel alone and must be accompanied by a legal guardian, or a family member (minimum 25 years old) who has been authorized by the legal guardian. Only a maximum of two under-aged passengers can be accompanied by the guardian in addition to their own children. Passengers aged 0-17 must bring a written consent form from their legal guardian
- Passengers are responsible for applying for their own visas or other necessary travel documents
- If a passenger's visa or travel documents are not in order and they are denied entry at the border by the authorities, the passenger will be responsible for any subsequent expenses incurred
- For your own safety, it is not recommended to travel in the late stages of pregnancy, or if there is a deterioration in your health
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor areas for fire safety reasons. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas with "Smoking area" signs
