- Please arrive at the designated meeting point promptly as the tour will depart on time. Refunds will not be granted to late arrivals
- The activity usually runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but the itinerary may be affected by weather and other unforeseen circumstances. The supplier reserves the right to adjust, cancel, extend, or shorten the itinerary. Please adhere to the arrangements made by the tour staff
- The itinerary is for reference only. The tour guide will arrange alternative attractions in the event of attraction cancellation due to adverse traffic, weather conditions, or force majeure
- Refunds or compensation will not be granted to travelers who leave the tour halfway through or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, or accidents)
- Travelers may be asked to present ID documents (e.g. passport or ID card) for identity verification. Please make sure you carry the aforementioned documents with you on the day of the visit

In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 10:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
