- Passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian and sign a consent form
- Before participating in the itinerary, please present a qualified diving license. The diving instructor will arrange suitable diving spots according to the number of divers and their experiences
- Humphead parrotfish and red snapper is a special itinerary; the date is not fixed and groups of 4 or more are required. If you want to participate, please ask for the date first
- If you choose Peleliu Waters, due to the distance, the price difference is US$50 per traveller (inclusive of Peleliu tax, valid for 10 days)
- Peleliu Waters itinerary needs to be discussed with the diving instructor, and the trip is not guaranteed
- The itinerary does not include pick-up and drop-off to hotels outside the city of Koror. If you need pick-up and drop-off, please pay US$10 to the tour guide

In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you

Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Only those with OW qualification or above can participate in certified diving trips. There are no restrictions on the licensing system. However, you need to inform and provide photos of your certificate (front and back), accumulated tank volume and last dive time.
The itinerary is easily affected by weather and other circumstances. The captain has the right to adjust, cancel, extend or shorten the itinerary due to force majeure before and after departure
The tour is limited to those who are over 12 years old and have no special diseases. Please do not drink excessively before diving to avoid physical discomfort
The pick-up service may be delayed due to traffic and weather, and the delay time may be about 15 to 30 minutes
If the travellers miss the itinerary due to tardiness or other personal factors, no refund or any additional compensation will be given
Please provide the name of your hotel when booking. Hotels in Koror City are eligible for free pick-up service. If your hotel is located in Allai City, an additional fee of US$10 is required for each passenger. Please pay cash directly to the tour guide on the day
If you need a prescription mask for myopia, please indicate the request in advance. If you wear contact lenses, you can dive with contact lenses
A gas tank lasts about 40 minutes. If the gas tank is not used due to various reasons, no refund will be given
If those who sign up for deep diving have cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, severe respiratory disease, epilepsy, long-term medication or chronic diseases, please ask the doctor to issue an approval before participating in the activity
According to the weather, tide and wave conditions of the day, the instructor has the right to change the dive site. If it is impossible to go to sea due to natural reasons, the fee will be refunded or rescheduled based on safety considerations

- For cancellations made at least 3 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
