- To ensure everyone's safety, participants must possess a basic understanding of English to join the tour. If you're unable to demonstrate safe riding or cannot communicate with the guides during the training in plain English, for safety reason, the guests won't allow to participate in the quad bike activity
- Please select your preferred pick-up location at the time of booking. if your hotel is not on the list, please select the nearest location For any update on pick-up time and location, please refer to your voucher

- All riders must be 16+
- The maximum weight to ride a Quad Biking is 150 kg
- Please be advised that quad biking is not recommended for individuals with disabilities or physical conditions that may affect their participation, such as hearing loss, vision impairment, or loss of mobility
- No alcohol or drugs to have been consumed 12 hours prior to the activity
- A valid credit card is required on the day for liability and insurance purposes

Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
The tour operator conducts tours in all weather conditions, proceeding rain or shine. Cancellation is only considered in rare instances where trails become completely impassable or visibility is reduced to zero due to heavy snowfall, an extremely uncommon scenario
Tour operator is not liable for loss or damage to client’s personal property whilst on any trip
Tour operator has no liability for losses or additional expenses incurred by passengers due to sickness, weather, strikes, delays or changes in air or other transport services, force majeure, Act of God, or other causes outside the control of tour operator
No shows will result in full charge
The tour operator reserves the right to delay or cancel any tours or activities if weather conditions are not suitable. This decision will be made by the operations manager or a delegated representative. Guides and Drivers are also authorised to modify their routes, or shorten a tour if weather conditions unexpectedly change
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
