    *Can I watch the tour?**

    Guests will have the ability to accompany their friends and family to the Ziptrek Guest Services Tree-house. Once guests have checked in, there will not be an option for spectators to view the tour

    *Can I bring a backpack?**

    Guests will not be able to bring a backpack or any other baggage on tour with you. Guests will be wearing a full body harness and backpacks will interfere with this harness. We recommend you leave your personal belongings at your hotel or at our camp street booking office in town.

    *Can I bring a camera?**

    Yes, if you have a camera or small video recording device you can bring it with you. It is recommended that they have a wrist or neck strap so that you can attach it to yourself when zipping

    • Minimum age of 6 years old applies to all the experience
    • Children aged 6–14 must have a parent or guardian over 15 with them on the tour
    • Guests can go to the Ziptrek Guest Services Treehouse with their friends and family. After checking in, spectators cannot watch the tour
    • You cannot bring backpacks or other baggage on the tour as they interfere with the harness. Please leave your personal belongings at your hotel or our booking office in town. There is a small storage at the Tree-house
    • You can bring a camera or a small video device with a wrist/neck strap to attach it to yourself when zipping
    • Chinese and Spanish translations are available through a downloadable app. We provide complimentary disposable earphones
    • Each guest must sign Ziptrek Ecotours' Release of Liability Waiver. Completing your waiver online is easy and is required before you arrive for your tour
    • Ziptrek's Guest Services Tree-house is situated just past the Helipad, 100 metres to the left of the Skyline Gondola Upper Terminal, at the edge of the treeline
    • Please allow a minimum of 1 hr to upload during busy periods such as Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year and School holidays
    • Please allow 40-60 minutes from the base of the Gondola to the Ziptrek Tree-house if travelling by Gondola; or if walking up the Tiki Trail, allow 60-90 minutes
    • Please note the time slot is subject to change, please refer to voucher for final confirmation

    • In spring, tours operate at 10:40 am and 2:20 pm, Thursday through Monday. Please allow 40 minutes from the base of the Gondola to the Ziptrek Tree-house

    • As it is a few degrees cooler in the forest, we recommend that you dress with warm layers and for the conditions of the day

    • No shows will also be charged at the full rate

    • Ziptrek Ecotours operate in all weather conditions, but we reserve the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, foreseeable hazards, insufficient bookings or events beyond our control. In these events, full refunds will be made or alternative dates offered

    How to Get There
    • Your tour will depart from our Ziptrek Treehouse, located 100m from the top of the Skyline gondola. *NOT the Central Queenstown booking office • To reach the check-in point, either: - purchase tickets to ride the Skyline gondola – allow at least 60-minutes from Central Queenstown, more in peak holiday periods - hike the Tiki Trail – steep trail, allow 90 minutes • To locate our checkin treehouse, turn left throught the glass door immidiately as you exit the Gondola. From here follow the walk way and at the end, downhil to the left, you will see our orange flags. If locating us from elsewhere on Bobs Peak, such as the cafe or Luge area, you will need to return to this same glass door • Vehicle access is only for emergencies

    • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
