— Junior Courses —
White, Yellow, Orange, and Purple courses

  • Junior courses are designed for children 3–7-year-olds
  • Children MUST be 3 years or older to participate
  • 2.5-hour session including approx. 30 minutes of gearing up. Juniors can complete as many courses as they like in approx. 2 hours of climbing
  • A minimum of 1 adult is required to supervise up to 10 Juniors from the ground at all times (no fee)
  • Adult supervisors are responsible for ensuring juniors in their care follow the safety rules and are behaving appropriately
  • Adults are NOT permitted to climb on the Junior Courses
  • Juniors are also supervised by instructors

— Adult Courses —
Green, Blue, Red, and Black courses

  • Participants MUST be 8 years or older, at least 1.4 m tall and under 120 kg to participate
  • One participating adult MUST accompany up to four children aged 8–12 years old on the courses
  • Adult supervisors are responsible for ensuring juniors in their care follow the safety rules and are behaving appropriately. It is recommended courses are completed in order as instructed as they get progressively harder and higher
  • A minimum of 1 adult is required to supervise up to 10 children aged 13–17 years old from the ground at all times (no fee). Adult supervisors are responsible for ensuring children in their care follow the safety rules and are behaving appropriately
  • Participants MUST be over 13 years old to climb the black course
  • There are NO exceptions to age, size, or weight. Please check Terms and Conditions before booking
  • Participants MUST complete a safety training session prior to starting the courses. Sessions are led by qualified instructors and start at the booked time


— Additional Information —

  • All parks have similar difficulty levels, determined by each individual climber
  • Sydney – The Hills could be slightly more challenging for younger or less confident children and a fantastic challenge for older or more confident children. The average height is 10 meters, the highest point is 25 meters
  • Central Coast, Newcastle, Western Sydney, and Coffs Harbour parks have paths underneath the courses allowing on-ground adult supervisors to be close. Sydney – The Hills supervising adults remain on the perimeter path

Reminders

  • Fully enclosed shoes from the ankle down must be worn to participate

  • Jewelry, phones, and cameras are not allowed on the courses. There are no lockers on site; your keys can be kept at the office

  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes in advance to have enough time to park your car, walk to the office/reception, complete your waiver form, visit the toilet, remove your belongings from your pockets and proceed to harnessing area

  • TreeTops Adventure Park will be open in all weather conditions except lightning and extreme high winds

  • Gloves are recommended. They are available for purchase, or you can bring your own

  • Please wear comfortable and appropriate clothing; skirts and dresses are not allowed, and long hair should be tied up in a ponytail

  • Please put on insect repellant before putting on your harness

- By car: Please be advised there are two entrances into Cumberland State Forest. The main entrance is via Castle Hill Rd, this gate is open 7 days a week. There is also an entry via Oratava Avenue, please note this gate has restricted access and is closed on weekends and public holidays - By train: The closest train station is Cherrybrook station, located 1.5kms from TreeTops Sydney – The Hills. If traveling from Central station take the T1 Metro North West Line
