The tour will proceed even in light rain. In the case of rain or bad weather, the local guide will make a decision on the day whether to proceed approximately 2 hours before. In the event of bad weather, including rain, that impedes safe driving, the tour may be postponed or canceled at our discretion. To the extent that we are able to determine that the tour is cancelled due to weather conditions or other reasons, we will notify you of the cancellation using the phone number or email address you registered in advance, and will offer a refund or reschedule.
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Please wear a helmet at all times during the tour. (Free rental available on the day of the tour)
Please be sure to attend the training session conducted by the tour organizer on the day of the tour.
If, for any reason, the tour guide determines that they cannot ensure safety, they reserve the right to refuse participation in the tour or to cancel or interrupt it.
For safe operation, taking photos or videos during the tour is prohibited unless permitted. Photos will be taken by the guide and shared after the tour.
The event may be canceled at short notice due to equipment issues, guide availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. (No cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is due to reasons on the organizer's end.)
Depending on how the tour progresses, the end time may be extended by up to 30 minutes, so please plan your post-tour activities with some flexibility.
