Building on the lobster-centric concept, the menu features a surprising upgrade, focusing on “high-end wellness and renowned Cantonese delicacies.” Key highlights include the supremely luxurious braised fish maw, whole abalone, as well as the skin-nourishing and lung-moistening papaya and fresh milk stewed bird’s nest and handmade bird’s nest tarts, elevating the buffet to a therapeutic dining experience. New additions to the hot food section include peanut and mung bean stewed pork shank soup and Portuguese-style baked sea bass, while the classic beef short ribs remain on the menu. Paired with Mandarin’s renowned handmade chocolate and cheese platters, this creates a premier spring culinary experience for guests, blending the freshest flavors of land and sea with premium, nourishing ingredients!

The Clipper Lounge at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is launching a new Sunday brunch. The menu features sustainable seafood, including Boston lobster, Alaskan king crab legs, and five varieties of premium sashimi. The buffet features an array of hearty hot dishes, including pan-seared foie gras, slow-roasted U.S. Prime beef short ribs, and a station serving freshly cooked beef brisket noodles. Additionally, guests can savor the classic 1963 Mandarin Cheesecake or choose from a variety of flavors at the ice cream cart, enjoying a truly indulgent culinary feast for the weekend.
