3. If the contract is terminated between the 21st working day and the 30th day before the start of the tour, 20% of the travel expenses will be compensated.
4. If the contract is canceled from the second working day to the twentieth day before the start of the tour, 30% of the tour fee will be compensated.
5. If the contract is canceled one working day before the start of the tour, 50% of the tour cost will be compensated.
6. Those who terminate the contract on or after the start of the tour or do not notify the participants of their non-participation will be compensated 100% of the travel expenses.

According to the above provisions, travel expenses used to calculate damages will be computed after deducting administrative fees. In cases where the travel operator can demonstrate that the damages incurred exceed the criteria outlined in the first paragraph, they have the right to seek compensation for their actual losses. The notification date should adhere to the regular working hours set by the Personnel Administration Bureau. If the timeframe surpasses this, the calculation will be made on the following business day.
